This has been a very juicy newsy week and I have been all over the latest scandals in-between activities but have been in a  busy mode and have not had the time to write. Woe is me. The stories are too good not to take the time to share. Today I will focus solely on the Scott McClellan book and save the other stuff for the weekend.

Former press secretary and Bush puppy, Scott McClellan has made the gang on the thug team start to dance. His ‘tell all’ is more proof (do we really need any more proof?) about the thugs out of the White House who have lied, deceived, bullied and mislead this country to an unjustified war, 4,100 troop deaths, countless Iraqi deaths, International disgrace, a rape of the Constitution and an economy that is going down the cess pool. In a nutshell, McClellan’s book reveals what most of us knew and now the thugs are in lockstep once again, scratching their heads and lying in unison. They are using the terms puzzlement, puzzle, puzzling to describe McClellan’s book as if it should be categorized under fiction in your local bookstore.

For instance: The White House Wednesday said it was “puzzled” by a former spokesman’s memoir in which he accuses the Bush administration of being mired in propaganda and political spin and at times playing loose with the truth. Dana Perino, the latest deer in the headlight at the press secretary podium said “Scott, we now know, is disgruntled about his experience at the White House. For those of us who fully supported him, before, during and after he was press secretary, we are puzzled. It is sad. This is not the Scott we knew.”

So why does all this truthiness still enrage me? Because no one ever gets punished in this thuggish administration and the Country continues to go down the tubes. Now THAT IS A PUZZLEMENT!
