It is a big Tuesday splash for the Democrats. After much trading of punches, Pennsylvanians get to vote this Tuesday. Read what Frank Rich had to say about the latest media grovel debate on ABC. Raise your hand if you can’t wait until ‘we’ have a nominee and we really start the debate.

Congress has gone to pot – or will allow us all to smoke without breaking any Federal laws if Barney Frank has his way. Frank promised on the Bill Maher show that he would introduce this legislation and so he has. Toot toot!

File this under the what will they think of next in the perpetual abuse of animals for science excuse.
Scientists at John Hopkins University in Baltimore, in their continual quest to see how screwed up they can make laboratory mice have achieved another ‘success’ in medical history as they bred the world’s first schizophrenic or mentally ill mouse. Good grief, Mickey!

Rudy never has to follow the rules – any rules. Yesterday he went to a Mass with the Pope and received Communion which apparently is a no no for the thrice wed Mayor and fallen Presidential contender.

How safe do you feel now that we have learned that a homeless man has found a set of blueprints for the Freedom Tower in the trash. The documents include contain plans for each floor, the thickness of the concrete-core wall, and the location of air ducts, elevators, electrical systems and support columns. Feel safer now?

Was that an earthquake or was it the Colbert Bump? James Fowler, a political scientist at the University of California, San Diego, and a fan of the show compared both the number of donations and the amount of money received by each “Colbert candidate” to their match. The results showed that there might be, as Colbert himself would put it, some “truthiness” to the “Colbert bump” claims after all. At least for Democrats.

The Out of Africa Wildlife Park in Camp Verde, Arizona was quite an experience. This 104 acre facility gives you an up close and personal experience with a wide variety of big cats, hyenas, giraffes, zebras and more. What we thought might be a hokey visit turned out to be exciting and engaging. Enjoy both my photo montage and a video I took of what they call their ‘tiger splash’. Very, very cool.

Happiness it turns out, is enjoyed more by the old than the young. The golden years, it turns out, are in fact, golden.

This was the contender I was backing and planned on voting for….sob sob

Leaving ’em scrathing their heads today. Watch this terrific video of a Surinam Toad giving ‘birth’.

A tour de force, a coup d’etat, a slam dunk, a home run, a field goal, a hole in one, a checkmate, an Oscar for the best You Tube submission of the YEAR. Including theme music!!!!!!! Eye of the Tiger- I know you were giggling while uploading THAT one. Excellent.
I screamed through the entire thing. With envy.
How much did that guy love his job.
Just fabulous.
