NO COUNTRY FOR GRUMPY OLD MEN is a great line and a fabulous t-shirt design by Scott Muskin. Scott is a writer and does t-shirt designs on the side, mostly for catalogs. He is trying to get this great one into retail spots and anywhere else he can. He will be hand-selling during the Repugnant National Convention, presumably to protesters, etc. If anyone out there has any licensing connections he is definitely interested in licensing the idea too. You can get the shirts from Scott directly for now. He is making them in ash and white, in the usual sizes. He is not planning any women’s sizes for now, but if there is demand he will alter that decision, for sure. He is retailing them for $15, plus $5 shipping. He plans on donating 10% of gross sales go to the Obama campaign, but is no way connected to the campaign, besides being a contributor and supporter. If interested contact him at 612-327-0060 or freeassociationtees@gmail.com.

Brad Jayakody, 30, was flying British Airways and was wearing a French Connection Transformers t-shirt and was stopped in security. On the t-shirt the Transformers character Megatron is holding a gun and because of the gun it was not allowed to be worn past security. The man was carrying his luggage and changed t-shirts in the security line. After changing the t-shirt he was informed that if he put the shirt back on that he would be arrested.
– In 2006, an architect of Iraqi descent has said he was forced to remove a T-shirt that bore the words “We will not be silent” before boarding a flight at New York. Mr Jarrar said he was told a number of passengers had complained about his T-shirt – apparently concerned at what the Arabic phrase meant – and asked him to remove it.

– I say you are never too young to wear your political leanings and to show the world where you stand (or at least where your relatives think you should stand).

– And don’t forget that Fido has an opinion too:

This post is great – it runs through all the emotions: anger at not being able to wear a TEE SHIRT through airport security because of robots or foreign phrases, laughter at a baby wearing a Bye Bye Bush tee, and confusion over which tee will best suit Fido… Personally I like bit**es love me…
